WOWFest is open to youth and student orchestras, choirs and bands from around the world. According to the nature, size and requirements of your ensemble we will fully tailor your participation to include the best venues, tutors and concert opportunities for you.

Package

The Festival package includes:

  • 3 nights’ half-board accommodation

  • entrance to the opening and closing ceremonies

  • 2 concerts

  • 1 expert workshop with a WOWFest tutor

  • 1 tour manager throughout

  • Festival t-shirt

  • social activities

  • sight-seeing schedule


Costs

£290 per person in student accommodation (Wells Cathedral School or Millfield boarding houses)
£390 per person in 3* hotel (eg Premier Inn, Wells)

Packages do not include:

  • local coach transportation (can be arranged upon request; all sites within Wells are within easy reach on foot)

  • Instrument hire and transport (can be arranged upon request)

  • Single room supplement (limited single rooms available for each ensemble)

  • Insurance

Festival places are limited. In the event of over-subscription, applications may be deferred until the following edition.

Extras

Airport transfers
The nearest airport to Wells is Bristol, with a good network of destinations across the globe. Alternatively, Heathrow airport is situated approx. 2.5hrs drive from Wells. We are unable to handle flight arrangements, but can organise all coach transportation within the UK for the duration of your trip. Please contact us with details of your points of arrival and departure so we can provide a quote.

UK tours
We are able to offer tailor-made tour extensions upon request, allowing participating groups to visit other parts of the UK before or after their Festival experience.  Popular destinations include:
